LÉOUBE ROSÉ SINGULIER

ORGANIC ROSÉ WINE - CÔTE DE PROVENCE

EXPRESSIVE | BALANCED | PRECISE

Available only in magnum, this new cuvée is an ode to the richness of the seaside schist terroir and the secret blends for which the Domaine is renowned. These unique characteristics give it a duality that is both oriented towards the finesse expected of a Provence rosé but also very much focused on the fruit in a precise tasting.

VINES

SOIL: The Rosé Singulier bears witness to the constant quest for progress by the Léoube teams. Its elaboration pushes the notion of exigency to the extreme. The grapes come from the parcels of the estate that offer the greatest concentration and balance. They are delicately hand-picked at optimum maturity.

VARIETIES : Grenache, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon.

CELLAR

WINEMAKING:

In the secrecy of the cellar, the berries of the different grape varieties are slightly broken up to be brought together in the same press. In order to extract only the best of the fruit, the team proceeds to the recovery of the "free-run juice", a fine and delicate juice, which will mainly compose the cuvée. After fermentation, the slow maturation of the wine takes place in the calm of the cellar and under constant control. In the spring following the harvest, this confidential cuvée is placed in its glass bottle. The judicious choice to offer the Singulier rosé only in Magnum format (1.5 litres) allows for a better tasting and also for its evolution over time.
