VINE
SOIL : Château Léoube is characterized by schist and clay soils. In addition, the Mediterranean air of the seaside and the cool nights offer a perfect climate for growing vines. The vines have been grown organically for almost ten years, in accordance with the values we promote in our daily work. Our oenologists are constantly working to offer a quality organic wine. An ideal situation which also contributes to the production of an exceptional white wine from Provence.
VARITIES : Sémillon – Ugni Blanc.

WINEMAKING : Like all our organic wines, the harvest is exclusively manual. Then, all the grapes are transported to the winery where they are directly pressed. Moreover, the extraction of the juices is slow and delicate and the temperatures are controlled in order to preserve the freshness of this wine. As a result, the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are carried out in stainless steel tanks. Finally, the organic white wine of Provence is bottled in the spring after natural clarification by deposit.
