Highly aromatic, deep, and mineral, it reveals a lively palate with a rich complexity of white-fleshed fruit aromas.

Ideal with fish, white meats, or soft cheeses.

75cl and 150cl

WINEMAKING : 
Like all our organic wines, harvesting is carried out exclusively by hand. The grapes are then transported to the winery and directly pressed. Juice extraction is slow and gentle, with controlled temperatures to preserve freshness. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in stainless steel tanks. Finally, bottling of this organic white wine occurs in spring after natural clarification by sedimentation.
