TERROIR: A blend of schist and clay characterizes the soils of Château Léoube. The proximity to the sea, the daily sea air, and the cool nights all contribute to an ideal climate for vine growing.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Grenache & Cinsault from the finest parcels.
TASTING: Pale, delicately tinged with orange hues, this exceptional rosé reveals a fascinating aromatic complexity, where ripe fruit aromas harmoniously blend with elegant spicy notes. Smooth and rounded, the palate stands out with a velvety texture of rare finesse, building into a long and beautifully structured finish, offering subtle depth and harmony.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10–12 °C
FOOD PAIRING: Ideal with scallop carpaccio, lobster, lamb confit, or dishes with rich and intense flavors.
FORMATS: 75cl and 150cl
