TERROIR: A blend of schist and clay characterizes the soils of Château Léoube. The proximity to the sea, the daily sea breeze, and the cool nights all contribute to an ideal climate for vine cultivation. This unique setting helps produce an exceptional Provence rosé wine.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Grenache, Cinsault, and Cabernet Sauvignon
TASTING: A pale pink color, clear and brilliant in appearance… this Provence rosé is a dry, fruity wine, rich and opulent, with lingering aromas of citrus and white fruit that captivate the palate on the finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10–12 °C
FOOD PAIRING: Perfect as an aperitif with tartares, carpaccios, grilled fish, lamb chops, or Asian cuisine flavors.
FORMATS: 75cl, 150cl, 3L, and 6L
WINEMAKING: To ensure impeccable sorting, harvesting is carried out exclusively by hand. The grapes are then transported to the winery where they are directly pressed. Juice extraction is slow and gentle, with controlled temperatures to preserve the wine’s freshness. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in stainless steel tanks. Finally, bottling occurs between late winter and early spring after natural clarification by sedimentation.
AGING POTENTIAL: 2 to 3 years
