Château Léoube Rosé

TERROIR : The soils of Château Léoube are defined by a blend of schist and clay. The proximity to the sea, daily maritime breezes, and cool nights create an ideal climate for vine growing. This unique setting contributes to the production of an exceptional Provence rosé.

GRAPE VARIETIES : Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah.

TASTING NOTES : A beautifully balanced Provence rosé, round, fresh, and generous on the palate. It reveals aromas of exotic and white-fleshed fruits, enhanced by delicate spicy notes. A well-structured wine with a smooth texture and long aromatic persistence.

SERVING TEMPERATURE : 8–10°C

FOOD PAIRINGS : This refined Provence rosé is perfect throughout a meal, from starter to dessert. It pairs particularly well with Mediterranean cuisine, aperitifs, and exotic dishes.

FORMATS : 75 cl, 150 cl, 3 L, and 6 L

WINEMAKING :
Grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and carefully sorted in the vineyard before arriving at the cellar as whole bunches. They are gently crushed and slowly pressed to obtain a lightly colored juice. A cold static settling process removes remaining impurities. Temperatures are carefully controlled to preserve freshness, and alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation follows, resulting in a refined and well-structured Côtes de Provence rosé.

AGING POTENTIAL :
1 to 3 years
