Château Léoube Blanc

TERROIR : The soils of Château Léoube are characterized by a blend of schist and clay. In addition, the proximity to the sea, daily sea breezes, and cool nights create an ideal climate for vine cultivation. This unique setting contributes to the production of an exceptional organic white wine.

GRAPE VARIETIES : Rolle, Sémillon, and Ugni Blanc.

TASTING NOTES : This white wine displays a bright, clear appearance. The nose is complex, with floral and mineral aromas, complemented by pronounced white-fleshed fruit notes.

SERVING TEMPERATURE : 10–12°C

FOOD PAIRING : Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish, shellfish, white meats, green vegetables, and soft cheeses. Perfect for a convivial aperitif, it also reveals its full character alongside refined dishes.

FORMATS : 75cl and 150cl

WINEMAKING : To ensure impeccable grape selection, harvesting is carried out entirely by hand. The grapes are then transported to the winery and pressed Juice extraction is slow and gentle, with carefully controlled temperatures to preserve freshness. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in stainless steel tanks. Bottling occurs in spring, following natural clarification by sedimentation.
