It is in the heart of this exceptional terroir that a truly distinctive wine was born, true to its name: Singulier.

Crafted with absolute precision, it is made from the estate’s most balanced and concentrated parcels. The grapes, hand-picked at perfect maturity, are then blended with remarkable meticulousness.

In the quiet of the cellar, the gently crushed berries are brought together in a single press to extract only the finest expression of the fruit. The team prioritizes the jus de goutte, fine and delicate, which forms the very essence of this cuvée.

After fermentation, the wine undergoes a slow élevage under the constant attention of our oenologists. In the spring following the harvest, this confidential cuvée is bottled exclusively in Magnum format (1.5 L), ideal for enhancing its tasting experience and elevating its ageing potential.
