TERROIR : The soil of the Côtes de Provence appellation is a complex geology, particularly favourable to wine. The blend of grape varieties used for this red Côtes de Provence is complex and provides a very interesting range of aromas.
VARIETIES: Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Cinsault.
CELLAR
VINIFICATION : Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats.

TASTING: With its pretty violet colour, this Côtes de Provence red wine has a greedy nose with notes of small red fruits. The attack is supple, with subtle tannins.
