TERROIR: A blend of schist and clay characterizes the soils of Château Léoube. The proximity to the sea, the daily sea breeze, and the cool nights all contribute to an ideal climate for vine cultivation. This unique setting helps produce an exceptional Provence red wine.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah.
TASTING: Initially smooth and full-bodied, it then develops pleasant tannins on the finish. Overall, this great red wine from Léoube combines balance and roundness with aromas of black and red fruits and spices.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16–18 °C
FOOD PAIRING: Ideal with roasted meats, game in sauce, strong cheeses, or chocolate desserts.
FORMATS: 75cl and 150cl
WINEMAKING: To ensure impeccable sorting, the harvest is carried out entirely by hand. The grapes are then transported directly to the winery, where they are immediately placed in vats. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in large oak casks for 12 to 24 months. Finally, the wines are stored in tanks before bottling.
