Chestnut cream

Produced at the foot of the Maures mountains, in Gonfaron in the Var, this chestnut cream is crafted by the Domaine de la Fauville, staying true to Provençal expertise passed down through the generations with patience. Here, chestnuts from the Var region are transformed into an exceptionally smooth spread: with a silky texture, a mild and naturally sweet flavour, and woody and subtly vanilla notes that evoke autumns in Provence.

Light on the palate yet full of character, it can be enjoyed in a thousand different ways: straight from the spoon, spread on a slice of fresh bread, mixed into yoghurt or fromage blanc, as a filling for crêpes, waffles and pastries, or to enhance a homemade dessert.
