Every year, the sheep return to Léoube to play their part in naturally maintaining the estate. Throughout the seasons, they roam through the vineyards, olive groves and selected private areas of the estate, helping to preserve the landscapes around them.
This practice of eco-grazing provides a natural way of managing vegetation while reducing the need for mechanical maintenance. As they graze, the sheep contribute to the upkeep of the land and fit naturally into an approach that respects the environment and the rhythm of the seasons.
