Léoube, vineyard in the var, Léoube continues its development and launches a new organic sparkling rosé “Sparkling Love by Léoube”!
A blend of traditional Provence rosé grape varieties (mainly Grenache and Cinsault). Cinsault, the original grape variety of Provence rosé wines, brings peach and strawberry aromas with softness and tenderness. The silky coulor of Grenache hides the power of its fruity and intense notes.
TASTING: On the palate, this sparkling shows elegant yet lively bubbles and a refreshing acidity, offering alluring flavours of red berries, pomegranate and grapefruit that linger softly through to a delightful well-rounded finish.
WINEMAKING: Still rosé base wine created by direct press and alcoholic fermentation in thermo regulated stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation with added organic rosé must.
AGEING POTENTIAL : 1 to 2 years.
SERVING TEMPERATURE : between 9 and 12°C
WINE PAIRING : with marinated king prawns and other delicate seafood, or try with a dessert.
OCCASIONS : aperitif, afternoon tea and all kinds of celebrations.
