Biologics Jams – Château Léoube
Produced biodynamically, our fruits are harvested by hand according to the ripening rhythm of each variety. Ripened on the tree, they have a high content of natural sugar and an incomparable taste. Only our fruits and organic sugar are used for the preparation of our jams. The authentic preparation, cooked in a copper cauldron, is made by a local processor without any additives with an average of 75 g of fruit per 100 g.
In the organic jams of Château Léoube, we find the fruit flavors of yesteryear. The orchards of the estate are planted on a rich land and benefit from the exceptional situation of the Domaine de Léoube.
